u should sit and talk to the person that u are angry with... sometime u may be relief afterwards when u get ur issues off your chest... thats the best choice to me... sittin around your house mopping all the time wont solve ur problem so take my advice and talk to that person

Sit down and write in my journal (yes I have a journal) about how I feel or what I'm going through. Sometimes it helps to write because I have so much goin on inside and writing it down helps me bring it into perspective and organize my thoughts.. It helps to clear my head and calm me down. Plus it gives me something to do so if I'm crying or steamed I'm concentrating on writing and I calm down. Don't know if it would work for anyone else but works for me.

Absolutely. It does actually help....alot and if that don't work i find taking walks to do all the writing in your head just to get back to your normal state. (and yes i have a journal also)
