yea I know I saw both the book and the movie when I was younger. It's really sad and it's more hurtful to know that they were actual events that took place. Hopefully people can learn these books, see the cruelty, feel the pain that they went through (to a certain degree since we can't even come close to experiencing what they went through by just reading the book) and hope that something like that doesn't happen again.

| To all the Harry Potter haters, how can you hate something you've never read? I always hear people saying how much they hate Harry Potter but do you ever see people going around saying they hate Lord of the Rings or books by Charles Dickens or books by any other famous authors? I can understand people hating the media frenzy surrounding the movies and merchandise, but come on now, its just a book:P
And lol Bev that's so silly... I can't stand people who are overly superstitious, its a kids book for goodness sake, not Introduction to Witchcraft 101, and its not unlike any other fantasy novel around today...
Umm back to the topic.. I'm not really reading anything right now, except Harry Potter... Crime and Punishment is a good book though.
